Peter and the team at Ultimo are amazing! Peter has been so supportive and someone you want in your corner when a pandemic interrupts your wedding plans. He went above and beyond helping us through what has been a very difficult and stressful time. The food is amazing and to cater to a full gluten-free menu for us was no trouble and always came with a positive can-do approach. As they have been in the industry for some time, their knowledge and connections to other suppliers has been invaluable.
