LANI AND RYAN – Majestic wedding at the Quarry Amphitheatre
Held at the Quarry Amphitheatre, Lani and Ryan say that the moment they walked in and saw the flowers by Fox and Rabbit, the festoon lighting, their minds were blown. “It is so hard to pick a favourite detail, because it was all so special, however to see our reception for the first time was great feeling – I was bought to tears and we will leave it at that,” says the bride
According to Lani and Ryan, the most important thing when planning their day was to have an intimate and fun feel with cool and modern features. In order to attain their vibe, the pair recruited some of the industry’s best including Hire Society, Micktric Events and Hello May fave Jess Butcher of The Butcher, The Baker, The Stylist & Creator.
With prop and furniture hire by Owl and Bear and Villa Kula the newlyweds say that they “had a lot of fun” and at the end of the day they “get to annoy each other for the rest of our lives”. Thankfully, they’ll get to relive their picture perfect day over and over with photos from Glenn and Lauren of Through the woods we ran.
Lani said her custom Pallas Couture was easy-pickings. “I decided that I wanted long sleeves incorporated, not only because they are exquisite on a dress but sometimes in photos arms can look a little unforgiving (well my arms anyways). It was then made mention that the sleeves could be detachable and I was all for it. It felt like I had two dresses. The entire process was a dream, they are a talented bunch of women and I couldn’t recommend them highly enough (not that they need it).”
