ThermoFest’18 for Thermomix
Thermofest’18 was a magical evening under our giant tipis on the South Perth Foreshore. The Thermomix event was designed as a mini festival to celebrate the taste of WA, with food stalls, Thermomix signature cocktails, 3 metres grazing table and more!
As Ultimo Catering are event specialists, it was our aim to ensure our guests would be entertained for the entire evening. We designed the event in conjunction with Thermomix, to include many interactive touch points throughout the night. ThermoFest’18 guests could spend the night exploring the site discovering new and exciting areas and activities. Such as the signature cocktails with demonstration from Nicco Morreti on how to create cocktails in a Thermomix. The 3 metre ‘Graze your way through WA’ grazing table. For a retro revival element to the event, Ultimo served premium WA wine and craft beers from the super cool ‘Vansabar’ caravan bar.
The evening included a taste test of Chestnut Grove Olive Oil & Verjuice, as well as Si Vinters wines. Ultimo served festival style food from 3 stalls, all focused on fresh WA produce. Menu below.
Finally, guests could dance the night away to the entertainment on the dance floor or simply lounge under the stars with great company and of course plenty of good food and drink.
