Lexus Perth collaborated with Commonwealth Bank to host a charity night for TOUR DE CURE to aid in raising money for cancer research. Special guest, Jen Voigt spoke that night about his tales of life in the Peloton and his recent experience riding to cure cancer with Tour De Cure Australia.

With reputation in mind Lexus Perth knew they had to select a caterer they could trust to deliver seamless service and wonderful food for their very generous guests.

To ensure guests were blown away with flavor and presentation Ultimo’s head chef Matt Leahy selected our top 6 picks for the evenings cocktail party :

Smoked ham hock, grape fluid gel, balsamic caviar, tiny leaf

Savory cone of salmon and citrus mousse, avocado pudding, salmon keta eggs

Coconut and sesame seed crusted king prawn skewer with wasabi infused mayo.

Wild mushroom tartlet, parsnip cream and parmesan foam

Spanner crab and cabbage tortellini with lemongrass veloute

Shaved pork belly, apple tang with cherry and walnut crunch

The event has been really successful and we did had great feedback from the stores and guests, everyone was amazed by the level of service Ultimo was able to provide.
