Corporate Gala Dinner
Ultimo Catering & Events catered for the most incredible black tie corporate gala for 300 people at Claremont Showgrounds. We had the pleasure of providing not only catering but also the event management services as well, the entire Centenary Pavilion was transformed into a modern event space. Ultimo designed the room to be spilt into three (a progressive dinner) with the aim of keeping guests guessing what was next!
The initial event concept was built around a refined industrial look with custom copper instillation, custom built copper lighting, customised table centre pieces and a colour scheme of warm timber, charcoal, copper mesh and matte black. Most of the event pieces were customised & designed by Ultimo to ensure this event was completely unique and something Perth had never seen before.
Guests were bussed in from their accommodation at Crown Casino, the evening was begun with drinks and canapes in the reception area. After the main dining room was unveiled guests were seated for the 3 course dinner which was served between presentations and award announcements. Ultimo Catering’s bespoke menu was as follows:
Ceviche of Kingfish, smoked purple stripped aubergine, candy beetroot, salsify & seaweed dust
Sous vide beef tenderloin, golden carrot puree, honey roast heirloom carrot, confit potato, pearl barley beef croquette, spinach, red wine jus
Citrus sorbet capped with blood orange granita
Mandarin 2016, chocolate gel, jelly & crisp
