Chevron City to Surf Perth (10+ Years)

The Chevron City to Surf for Activ is Western Australia’s largest and most loved community sporting event. Ultimo Catering & Events are proud to be the exclusive caterers in Perth for this event since 2007 – 2017.

It is run annually on the last Sunday in August and attracts over 40,000 participants each year. The event has a festival atmosphere at both the start in Perth City and even more so at the finish line at City Beach oval where Ultimo caters for over 7,500 people in one morning. Groups from Perth companies organised into marquees have the option of 3 catering menus including having their own BBQ with the option of Ultimo’s staff taking care of the BBQ. Clients receive a range of options from breakfast BBQ, fruit platters, Danishes and tarts and a classic sausage sizzle with fresh gourmet salads + sides.

The sheer size and logistics of catering for an event of this scale is a testament to Ultimo’s experience in large scale event catering. Ultimo is one of the few Perth catering companies with the knowledge and capacity to provide this catering service. Our flexibility, attention to detail, our strong event & catering team and 20 years experience in the industry means are clients can relax and enjoy their catered event without worry.
