Christchurch Old Boys Gala Dinner
It’s with great pleasure that Ultimo was able to cater for Christchurch’s 100 years of Old Boys for 480 guests in their gymnasium at their grounds. The venue was transformed by the wonderful Caroline James from Caroline James Events. The furniture was provided by Hire Society, AV, Production & Lighting by Clifftons and the Event Mill provided the Bar backdrops and signage. Guests were entertained by live music and entertainment.
Featuring premium wines from Flametree, Voyager Estate and McHenry Hohnen. And Western Australian craft beer from Lucky Bay Brewing Company.
Ultimo designed a custom menu with pre-dinner canapes and 4 courses, and Apertifs & Whiskey Bar.
