It was one of the hottest events in town – The secret dinner party phenomenon, Diner En Blanc was held in Perth for the first time on Sunday, March 20 – We were so excited to be on board as the official caterer for the day! #debperth2016 #dinerenblancperth

Diner en Blanc saw 1000’s of diners descend upon the super secret location (Elizabeth Quay), revealed moments before the guests arrived. Guests were asked to wear head-to-toe white attire and bring their own portable tables, white chairs, white table linens and even tableware. Ultimo’s provided delicious gourmet hampers available to purchase pre- event! The hampers were created by our team of Michelin Star Quality chefs and are packed full of scrumptious savory and sweet delicacies all hand crafted in our kitchen, delivered fresh on the day.

Dîner en Blanc (dinner in white) began in Paris in 1988 and has grown into an international phenomenon with 100,000 members in 65 cities. Diner en Blanc is now held in 60 cities in over 25 countries with more than 100,000 annual guests.

There were more than 20,000 people on the wait list for the recent Sydney Diner en Blanc event, showing just how popular this event has become in Australia.
