When Chobani came to town #chobanicharged

When the Yogurt experts themselves come to you and ask you to design some healthy yogurt and raw food creations of course we said said! As well as offering to fill Ultimo’s fridge with their delicious products. (We should probably have mentioned just how big a commercial kitchen fridge is).

On Sunday the 24th of January 2016 the Chobani crew along with the health conscious elite of Perth, all guests were treated to an afternoon of Yoga and Yogurt as well as a fun photobooth, fresh juices, raw treats and Ultimo’s healthy signature bowls.

The aim of the event is to showcase how great Chobani yogurt is by itself or to included in dips, muffins, smoothies or breakfast bowls! Ultimo came up with a adventurous menu that showcased Chobani yogurt as well as being healthy and delicious.

 

THE MENU

The Creations

Pina Cholada : Plain Chobani Yogurt, Chopped pineapple, toasted coconut chips and passion fruit pulp

Cucumber Creation: Plain Chobani Yogurt, cucumber, toasted pine nuts, chives, Danish feta, lemon and salt

Main

White bean and rosemary dip with summer vegetables

The stuffed duo- Bell peppers, cherry tomatoes, stuffed with infused quinoa ; drizzled with plain Greek Chobani yogurt

Cured juniper lamb loin, Kale, chia seed and acai berry salad with preserved lemon dressing

Dessert

Raw Caramel slice

Raw Blueberry tart
