This converted warehouse leans into its gritty past and creative energy, offering a stripped-back, industrial space designed for people who want their event to feel like theirs, not a template.

With a rebellious, warehouse-style aesthetic, Night Owl is built for intimate weddings, milestone celebrations, corporate events, and creative productions that don’t play by the usual rules. Think exposed textures, mood lighting, and a layout that can shift with your vision, whether you’re planning a high-energy party or a more curated, seated experience.

The main indoor space accommodates up to 120 guests cocktail-style or 80 seated, with an adjoining laneway that opens up for outdoor moments (weather permitting). Festoon lighting, a built-in bar, and a full PA and surround sound system set the tone, while AV capabilities make it equally suited to presentations and brand events.

As a BYO venue, Night Owl gives you the freedom to build your event your way. Drinks are supplied by you, with professional bar staff and service provided on-site, and catering can be completely customised to suit your style, adding another layer of flexibility for more relaxed or unconventional events.

Furniture is included, with high bar tables, trestle tables, dining chairs, and booth seating available, allowing the space to move easily between formats. Vendor access is via the rear roller door for seamless bump-in and bump-out, while guest entry maintains the venue’s signature hidden, laneway feel.
