After more than 12 years of planning, City Beach’s $18 million beachfront redevelopment is finally been completed. With the final restaurant in the precinct, the Hampton’s having opened their doors to the public about a month ago City Beach is finally living up to its true potential. Here are our top 4 reasons why you should be spending the entirety of your summer at City Beach.

1. Odyssea Beach Cafe

You simply must get down to Odyssea just to try their breakfast! We hear the Harvest bowl is the perfect combination of delicious and healthy with brown rice, kale, roast pumpkin, avocado, wakame and a 65oC poached egg or for those looking for a little breakfast treat try the ginger served with whipped ricotta & strawberries. Oh and of course to take in the beautiful ocean views from the deck. #sandyfeetwelcome

2. The Beach

If the white sandy beaches and warm Indian ocean water isn’t reason enough to get you down to City Beach beach, then maybe a BBQ on the grass is more your style or maybe you’d prefer to play some beach volley ball on 1 of 4 courts? The best part about this place, apart from the view is you don’t have to order food if you don’t want too meaning the Hampton’s is the perfect place for a Sunday Sesh!
