The Flour Factory, Perth

A 3-floor renovated 100 year old mill with a rooftop bar, for charcuterie, hot dogs and signature cocktails. This new hospitality landmark includes a bakery and butchery, taking charcuterie, cheese and the humble hotdog to new heights. Great selection of interesting and quality cheese.

Why it’s great: Devoted to casual dining and quality fresh produce

Best For: A glass of vino, paired with a selection of cold meats and cheese

The Trustee, Perth

A multi-award winning venue with humble, bistro style food plus a trendy bar with 100 rums and a striking angel sculpture.

Why it’s great: With a careful blend of city chic and edgy grunge, The Trustee is a great destination for city goers to share some cheese and choose a wine from their 500 strong list.

Best For: For a casual dinner with friends, a central meeting place for clients or an after work tipple

Clarences Bar, Mt Lawley

An intimate neighbourhood bar, filled with friendly locals, helpful and welcoming staff, insatiable bites and great pours of intoxicating goodness.

Head chef James Kalas offers Mediterranean-inspired dishes such as chicken liver parfait, pan-roasted scallops and oven-glazed pork belly to feast on.

Why it’s great: Those with a soft spot for cheese can DIY their own cheese board by selecting, one, two or three cheeses
