Unlike most restaurants where the chef doesn’t have time to focus on your specific needs, your own personal chef in your home can focused solely on you and your guests. This gives you the flexibility to tailor the menu to suit your own dietary requirements and preferences. Whether you don’t like mushrooms, would love a completely vegetarian degustation, or need gluten or dairy free meals, we can tailor the menu to suit you.

Ultimo Catering + Events are constantly innovating, constantly looking for ways to create new experiences and new ways to engage with our customers. Our menus draw on world trends in hospitality, styling and food design – with chefs from restaurants all over the world including Noma, the top rated restaurant in the world 3 years running, Quay in Sydney and The Cliff House Restaurant. We can create a premium dining experience exceeding what many restaurants in WA & Australia can offer. We always aim to source our products from local food and sustainable WA suppliers.
How it works…
Pick your menu form our current menus or consult with one of our chefs to design your bespoke dining experience however you wish. On the night one of our chefs will arrive two to three hours before you’d like the first course and will leave about an hour after the final course is served. You also have the option to hire one of our head wait staff for the night to assist with serving the food and beverages and cleaning, so you can focus solely on enjoying the night. Your chef will prepare and cook the meal in your kitchen, before serving you and your guests at your table, all from the comfort of your own home.
Ultimo can provide all the crockery, cutlery, glassware, table cloths, glass wear and cookware for your dining experience. We can also provide chilled drinks for your guests.
